Rag Man will write that ADM "Stacked the Deck" at Town Meeting.... Rag Man will write CBW stacked the deck.....  Rag Man will write those on the personnel plan stacked the deck.... Everyone with a brain in Wareham will see through the Rag Man's repetitive, predictable bullshit, and won't buy into it any longer.

Note to Rag Man:  gathering people for a cause or to support an action is not partisanship or stacking the deck, it's democracy dumb ass!  If people are passionate about a cause, they gather together.  It's the American way.

Good old Bobby never fails to deliver, only this time he put the "stacked" into someone elses mouth.  By the way, why not "stack" the meeting with supporters of the Nitrogen By-Law... oh there weren't enough.

THEN shit for brains tries to claim... wait I can't stop laughing.... oh my head.  Rag Man tries to claim because he said he was thinking of closing the paper if the Nitrogen Article passed.... Wait I'll let him tell it.....

Last week I asked people to attend this meeting as a way to show me that the efforts of the Observer have been worth it. I told a few people that I was thinking about closing the Observer if the article passed. I thought that would be the perfect note on which to leave.

It may have backfired on me. Word spread like wildfire. I’ve been told that many people did not attend last night because they didn’t want the Observer to fold. I never dreamed that would happen.

OMFG!!!  Priceless!  You ego-maniac.  The town doesn't revolve around you.  We all know you had an out to that claim just to get people to vote the way you wanted.

In conclusion IT IS THE RAG MAN'S FAULT THAT THE NITROGEN ARTICLE FAILED!!  He said it himself.  THE RAG MAN APPARENTLY PUT THE BURDEN IN THE LAPS OF THE TAXPAYERS!  Spread the word!  He continues....

But it made one thing perfectly clear to me. This has already been worth it. The face of town government has changed drastically over the past few years. People are tired of the endless politics in Wareham. They speak with their vote on Election Day. They speak during budget discussions on the first night of Town Meeting. Unfortunately, anything beyond that still belongs to the special interest groups.

So there is still more to fight for, and there is certainly more fight left in me. Wareham must never become complacent because the wolves will always be waiting right outside the door.  There’s a lesson in there for all of us.

Yes Bob, that you will always try to interject yourself into the story, you will always lie to cover your buddies, and nothing you ever right will be taken seriously.  You even flip-flopped on this one...

Rag Man will change his story based on what I wrote above..... Rag Man will change his story based on replies to this posting..... Since the Rag Man (on behalf of the BOS) didn't get his way with the Nitrogen Article, he'll begin to lay the ground work for changes to the Town Govenment... When that fails, he'll pretty much have nothing left but continual BOS ass kissing

Ragman, I was told that people did not attend the meeting because you threatened to wear a Brad Pitt mask. Putting a Brad Pitt Mask on that body is just blasphemous and they didn't want to see that.

What an ego!! Is anyone surprised that even though "his" people didn't make it "worth it" by voting for the article, it is STILL "worth it" to keep writing lies and drivel anyway? Talk about twisting the logic.

And what a short memory. The Donahues stacked water district meeting and then those folks got up and left after voting to keep John's clearly incompetent sister in an elected position. And didn't Ed P and the bos try to stack this one with the nitrogen removal special interest lobby?

When did a special interest become something evil?? If you believe in something (as long as it is legal) and support it, and do something about it, how is that bad??? It is how we got a new high school, a new library, a renovated multi-service center for the COA, a better environment, equal rights, better health care.....I could go on. Let's say thanks to special interest groups who take the time to support their causes. Just because you don't believe in the same cause doesn't make the people who do believe in it evil or hateful. And if you oppose a particular special interest group, doesn't that ALSO make your people a special interest group?? Would you rather allow ONE person ( a mayor perhaps?) to make all your decisions?? Maybe a couple hundred people at town meeting who care about their town enough to take the time to go to town meeting IS better than just one person making all the decisions.

So to all of you out there who regularly attend town meeting because you care about what happens in the town, be there on Monday night. Rumor is.....the bos is trying to stack the meeting to get the personnel plan back on for reconsideration. And who knows, maybe even the nitrogen article since the people who voted against it might not show up again. Don't give up!! Vote for what you think is right.

Wow! I can't believe that he wrote that. Well... Yes I can. He apparently thinks people would rather have the rag then to allegedly have cleaner water.

Slager: "It will always be difficult to defeat special interest groups at Town Meeting. The reason they are called special interest groups is because they have a special interest in the outcome of certain articles. A total of 159 people in a town of more than 20,000 defeated this article. That’s less than 1 percent of the entire population. Think about that for a moment. One percent denied the other 99 percent cleaner water in the future".

When Cruz beat Winslow by a small margin in the election that had lousy voter turnout it's the will of the people. But when something he supports is also defeated by a a small margin it is because of some evil special interest group.

I have to admit, I was temped to vote for the Nitrogen Article just hoping that this fuck head would go away.

I am sure Jane is working her phones, getting her people, I even noticed that woman who asked for the speakers identify pro or con was one of the Cruz supporters, out every weekend on her crutch with her bad leg. Sad.

Except the weekend before the election when Mr. Cruz decided to go judge a dog show out of town........ Priorities, priorities.

"People didn't vote for the nitrogen bylaw because they didn't want to lose me, the Ragman!"

Oh my God, we're all used to his obnoxious ego, but this is a new low.

Ragman, I know we've been trying to get you to admit to being responsible for all the shit in this town, but this is ridiculous.
