1.  Burn minutes of past executive sessions' meetings.
2.  (Obviously), Burn left over formerly free rags - should keep everyone warm for awhile.
3.  Hire former newspaper reporter to sit next to you for eight hours.
4.  Practice defensive moves you'll use if you spot the town moderator.
5.  Practice clapping and giving standing ovations to useless people for taking time off with pay.
6.  Practice stop, drop and roll techniques.
7.  Look at pictures from BOS meetings.  You'll laugh so hard, you will probably spontaneously combust.
8.  Practice YMCA dance in case you get invited to a party hosted by Brucie & Bob.
9.  Practice your throwing accuracy.  Ask Slagerk to come in & practice for his new job as Standard Times Paperboy.
10. Practice jumping up,  pointing finger, and screaming "you're fired" in case you ever get elected to the BOS.
