For the second time in a month, Ana Paulina has flooded reports of the same three posts, citing each with the same boilerplate and nothing more.
Ana Paulina wrote:
A "hate crime" can take two forms: "hate crime" generally refers to criminal acts which are seen to have been motivated by hatred of one or more of the listed conditions. The second kind is hate speech, which is speech defined as crime. While hate crimes are rarely debated, the hate speech concept is controversial, as criminalizing speech can be seen as impugning freedom of speech. Incidents may involve physical assault, damage to property, bullying, harassment, verbal abuse or insults, or offensive graffiti or letters.
Just reporting.

Yeah Yeah Yeah... Stacey Monponsette.... I mean The Poet can dish it out, but has to hide behind the threat of legal action to try and shut the bad men down. Slager teach you that tactic? Ask him how much it costs to take it to court.

She's a nut. Her poetry doesn't make any sense. Does anyone actually understand any of it?

I have to admit I'm lost here, is she saying that the posts on this board are criminal? If so, she may want to check on the difference between criminal and civil matters.
Second note, I visit this board to freely express my ideas and opinion, so am I to understand from this post that in doing so I am engaging in criminal acts in her opinion? If so, I have to say that it is a sad thing when people such as this turn to vigilantism to attempt to straighten out others.
To Ana Paulina;
I find your accusations that my and my fellow American's use of our freedom of speech rights is criminal. I feel that your accusations are both harassing and bullying. I feel that your posts are an attempt to intimidate the masses into not expressing what they think and as such are a direct assault to the very Constitution of the United States. You do not get to speak out against others rights unless you give up your rights. Feel free to express yourself as you wish, it is your right, but stating others do not have the same right is criminal.

Kay is the Laureate:
It’s hard not
to jump out
instead of
waiting to be
found. It’s
hard to be
alone so long
and then hear
someone come
around. It’s
like some form
of skin’s developed
in the air
that, rather
than have torn,
you tear.
