jayne you talked last nite about dept heads putting down 40 hrs and saying the previous  town adminestrator told them do do that. i see nothing wrong with that .rank and file employees punch a time card. dept heads  more are expected of them ,they go to meetings  etc. what do you want them to  do put  down their daley hours on a time sheet, do you  want them to punch a time clock. these are professionals who much is  expected of and they put in a lot of hours do you want to micro mange them  .
