All talk down to people in a reprimanding way. Tonight, bruce told the bike path representative, that asking for funding from the community preservation was inappropriate. Everything, he said, that comes before the BOS must be on the agenda....and then brenda in her meek voice acknowledged that the bike representative had submitted the information for the agenda...but, oh...they forgot..... did bruce apologize..hell no! At least Jane and Jim treated people respectfully.

P.S. And in what other town do town officials whine about what nameless bloggers are blogging...why would they care if they were doing their job professionally? They only care because they do not want people reading the truth about them. No wonder they mention the bloggers every week...good grief...they can't stand it that the truth about their behavior is posted for the "entire world to see". Yeah..like people in 3rd world countries care about what is happening in wareham..ootn..

Actually, recently blew my mind to discover they apparently do care. I'll post the stats when I get a minute but we're getting heavy traffic from the most unusual places, even the turd world. There, that ought to bring them out of hiding.

Mixie, you are so right, they don't want anyone hearing about their dirt. Blogging on many different subjects is a very popular activity all over the world. Wareham is not the birth place of blogging. The board of selectmen need to get used to it.

Speaking of the third world, I thought Brucey was way off when he compared Wareham to Sudan, until I saw a picture of the guy who runs things over there. He kinda reminds me of the guy who runs thing here:

Wow would it be so crazy to just call up the police chief or at the very least call your wife who runs a police academy and get some information about tazers before shooting your yap hole off on tv . dont you people give one ioda about this town or do you just need to divide and conquer everything.
Just google tazer corp and there is tons of information and if a journalist felt like they wanted to make a phonecall or two they would find out that the tazer usage statistics are not as presented the other night

It will always be a battle bringing the truth to the forefront when brenda, brucie and ragman are concerned. This whole thing with the tasers was bruce's inability to accept the the results of an investigation. He so much wanted the police to be wrong so that he could verbally beat on them. It grated him deeply that the investigation found nothing wrong. Rather than just let it go, he droned and on about the ineffectiveness of the investigation and to make sure that no one would develop warm and fuzzy feeling about the wareham police department, he brought up the tasers......and talked about national organizations to throw everyone away from the truth....well sorry to disappoint you BRENDA...but haven't you learned yet that one of the major reasons for these nameless bloggers (who actually do have names just one more of your untruths) is to print the truth for all the world to see. Maybe if you were more honest and left your angry, demeaning person at home, the nameless bloggers would have nothing to blog for all the world to see! DUH...

I heard it too, I don't remember the exact wording, but it was something like:
HOWIE: What was the kid doing?
BRUCE: Punching a police officer
HOWIE: Well, what do you want the cop to do then???
Howie also pointed out that the tazer was alot safer than its precessor, the billy club.
Howie if you ever need another job, run for Wareham selectman. Apparently, residency requirements don't matter and you can talk circles around these chumps.

Bruce also noted that the officer was wearing protective clothing, which is why there should be a law against letting the simple minded watch action movies, especially ones where actors get blasted 20 times while wearing a bullet proof vest only to get up, dust themselves off, and be fine. The blast still hurts like hell and still causes bodily injury!
Brucy apparently believes cops wear punch resistant shirts. Any kind of force, including repeated punches from a kid, are going to hurt like hell and cause damage, protective clothing or not.
