A Mr. Holmes from Onset addressed the BOS Tues evening during Citizen's Participation with a concern about the designation of the street where he lives.

I missed the first part of the presentation but what I heard sounded sadly familiar. Department of Public Works Director Mark Gifford, Holmes insisted, had inserted himself into the dispute based on "political favors" and the issue is now headed for court.

Anyone else have a clearer understanding of this issue?
