He also states quite a bit of detail about someone he "never met" and states she's from Freeport, Maine. Weird, then why is she writing about Cape Cod? And why so much in her blog about Wareham? Stacey says she voted in Borne in November in her blog. I'm very confused, maybe it's just a simple case of 'he doth protest too much.'
I can't believe that anyone would condone violence against those exercising free speech, but it's right there plain to see. I do think Ham is right, he's lost it, if he ever had it to begin with.
A sad journalistic note in time.

Hamtron

I do love your thoughts and commentary about the Rag.  I support most of your views, but like I said in a previous post, you are taking this little non-event and blowing out of proportion.  This is the same manner in which Slager reports his news.  Don't fall into his trap, except on the other side of the spectrum.

I think you're anger and rage about the whole boycott blog is blurring you vision.  I think you are too smart to get wrapped in the smoke screen.

Yes, he cheered the blogger (under jeers)...but that was for calling the boycotter a coward (not that it's something to cheer about.

Even though Bob is a flip-flopper depending on the climate, if you read his crystal ball, he said that he does not support violence (that is what you called for).

Of course he did it while taking a shot a a certain someone who he believes is behind everything against him.

You didn't really expect he'd speak out about violence and say nothing nasty in return, did you?  It was half-assed, but he did it.

**This is not a Slager endorsement...he's still a shithead**

Good point.

It's feels good to disagree with someone and not be told your "harassing them"... that your comments were "unsolicited" ... that your part of the "power elite"... that I'm "politicizing the issue" ... or "bruce disagrees, so I must be wrong."

Note, there four items in that column this week and - no joke - Slager pulled each and every one of them from this site.

Give yourselves a pat on the back, guys. Without us, Slager and Wareham would have no news at all.

So does that mean that the members of this blogging site are his intended audience?  Or is it because we are so interesting that he can not take his mind off of us?  Or is it because he is so vain that he can not function in the real world if he or his friends are being discussed among a few anonymous bloggers.  He must be totally enraptured by us.  Did you see that he wants to name some of wareham roads after this blogging site.  YUP Observer Avenue.  What a dork!

Wareham place names are a black hole I don't visit often. When they aren't native Indian, the older names around town all belonged to my own family. Names matter to people but personally, I want to stay out of those fights.

The linked map dates from about 1845.

Just start sending the Ragman a bill, he can subscribe and print our stuff like the AP.

A friend and associate recently confronted AP on that issue and beat their pricey lawyers bloody. That business model is almost dead.

I'd link to the stories about it but like I say, he's a friend.
