Myles Burke, facing dismissal as Director of Inspectional Services for failure to acquire state certification, was charged in Wareham District Court this morning with assaulting Patricia Muraco, former director of the Gateway Chamber of Commerce. Both Burke and Muraco followed former Town Administrator Mark Andrews from Lawrence, MA soon after Andrews took over in Wareham during the fall of 2009.
According to the responding police officer, Burke smelled strongly of alcohol and refused the breath test.

The saga of the Merrimack Valley Invasion continues..Burke was constantly being driven around by the victim, so much so that when he arrived here people wondered if HE had DUI issues!..the general concensus was that the former Executive Director of the Wareham Chamber of Commerce (laughable), Patricia Whatever Her Name Was That Day, was quite jealous and didnt want Myles out of her sight..that was before her hiring as Supervisor of the lifegaurds!!..as I recall, an office worker in the Building Dept actually took a no-trespassing order against the busty girlfriend!!
The folks who helped the Invasion along, John and Jane, Ekstrom , Savageau, Tomato head ED P, the Fugitive, should all be given a big FUCK YOU for what theyve done to this Town..BIll remains loyal to helping right the wrongs of these clowns, the only citizen of Wareham who publicly speaks out about the screw-job the current Chief is doing on this Place..
