one of the things on the goveners hit list is the mckiny  vento bill which is bussing for homeless school children which is what allowed wareham to buss school children this year, next year we will have problems , what wareham needs to do is not buss children in grade 6 thru 12 without charging the students for this , 2nd we cant afford to buy the busses , what we need to do is privitize school bussing and get wareham out of the school bussing business, ,we can keep some school buses for the football  teams for example. what we need is leadership.
