Have any idea why every last one of our current selectmen are always ready to give Bowen a big wet one?
Point to any rotten deal in this town over the last ten years and Richard Bowen was in the enabling middle of it, raking off his cut. None of his Wareham history passes the sniff test.

your right on bowen bill, this guy is a crokked slimeball, who has given a lot of bad decisions that the powers to be wanted , bought and payed for decisions ,and he rakes in the money., he needs to go.
