Wow they finally got the agenda up in a timely fashion. Maybe one of the selectmen, Steve or Cara could ask Cruz to put Sullivan and Powers on next weeks agenda so we can find out what the hell is going on with the audit.

During citizen’s participation maybe someone from the finance committee could also ask if Sullivan and Powers could be put on the agenda, maybe Mr. Slavin could ask that they be put on the agenda before Town Meeting. Maybe if all these people ask Cruz he might actually put them on the agenda before Town Meeting.

The finance committee would like the numbers to be made public. The capital planning committee would like to know how much money we have. The people who are going to vote at town meeting would like the results from the audit. The only person who doesn’t seem to want the public to know what the numbers are is the TA.

At the very least Sullivan and Powers should be asked why the heck it is taking so long and how much longer will it take to complete the audit, and do they think we have the  money for all this capital spending.

They dont have the money!!!    That money was allocated to somewhere else and now that the TA has spent it he is looking for free cash that has not been spent.  The meal tax was suppose to go to this but they took that money and put it towards the police dept.  Mr. Andrews is knee deep in financial fraud and is looking for a way out before the town meeting.  Stay tuned!!!!

Wow, even with the job market as tight as it is, we don’t have any qualified people applying for the town accountant job. I guess the word is out to stay away from Wareham because the finances are in such a mess. It would be interesting to find out how many “qualified” people are applying to those other towns the TA mentioned.

Andrews mumbled something about the audit and meeting with the fin com did anyone hear him say when the audit might be finished?
