is he in maine ,is he in florida , we know he is a fugitive on the run as citibank considers whether to seek a warant for his arest for failing to pay his depts and missing court dates , he would join another selectmen the crook bruce savenue who was aressted for driving without a licence , schinder and bruce are crooks , bruce being the bigger crook with 181k in dept to the feds , but who knows with schinder is his credit card dept just the tip of the iceburgh.
