Hope you have those 5 MM members ready to clean up the snow for ya'...
Maybe you could take some proposed money for the "super" Chief and pay some snow removal drivers!

i cant see closing town hall the day before the storm , i would get up at 500am and make an assement to work or close and to see if the storm came as they predicted or it changed to rain ,if we were to close i would then call key people who would then call other people , shaws , stopand shop have not closed there stores the day before ,no they will wait till tomorrow and make an assement ,will andrews come in in his boots and fancey rain coat and run things like he did when he ran the hurricane (andrews whimpey hurricane),.

all 5 people at muncipal maintence man your shovels as mary ann sliva is home snugling up to a fire with her fat raise while you shleps have not got a raise ,wayne sellars with a supension , and you guys freezing your butts off,my wareham sure is great ,mary ann silva janes bum kisser gets a fat raise and stays home ,no cuts in her office ,yet you guys get no raises and wayne sellars gets kicked in the ass from the queen jane.
