HOW MANY MORE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IS THIS TOWN GOING TO WASTE ON LEGAL BILLS, COMPUTER AUDITS BEFORE WE SAY ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. THE BOS IS LIKE NORTH KOREA. EXPRESSING YOUR DISGUST WITH THEM DOESNT MATTER. FORMING A GROUP TO BETTER DISCUSS ISSUES WITH THE BOS DOESNT MATTER TO THEM. SENDING THEM A LETTER DOESNT MATTER TO THEM. I HAVE OFFERED TO RENT A HALL TO GET THIS THING GOING. GETTING SIGNATURES SHOULD BE NO PROBLEM. THE ENTIRE BOS HAS TO GO. TOWNS ACROSS MASSACHUSETTS RECALL OFFICIALS FOR MUCH LESS THAT THE CURRENT BOARD HAS DONE. PEOPLE TALK WAIT TO THE NEXT ELECTION SO NOT TO SPEND MONEY ON A SPECIAL ELECTION. THIS BOS SPENDS THAT KIND OF MONEY IN A WEEK ON LEGAL FEES. COME ON PEOPLE WE NEED TO TAKE OUR TOWN BACK BEFORE IT TOO LATE. ANY OTHER TOWN THEY WOULD HAVE HAD ALL THE PAPERWORK DONE IF THEIR BOS HAD DONE WHAT THEY HAVE DONE ALREADY. MONEY IS MISSING FROM THE HEALTHCARE FUND. PLEASE PEOPLE START THIS PROCESS IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE NO ONE ELSE WILL.

is Hinkley out of rehab??..I've always believed one of Mrs. Moderator's biggest issues with Chief Joyce was the lawsuit with Her best bud Hinkley..She wasn't promoted because she wasn't qualified and had several flaws, but that's never a reason according to the Donahues..

I JUST READ THE CBW WEBSITE. WHY MUST WE WAIT TO SEE WHAT IF ANYTHING THE "AUDIT" TURNS UP. THE POINT OF THE MATTER IS THAT WE ALL SUSPECTED THAT THE AUDIT WAS TO SEE WHO WAS BLOGGING ON THIS SITE ON THE EXPENSE OF THE TAXPAYERS, AND THAT WAS AFFIRMED BY C.R.O.N.O.N ON THE 6 MIN AUDIO. "WE HAVE TO GET THE BLOGS" TO ME THEY HAVE SPENT ALL THIS MONEY TO SEE WHO IS BLOGGING AND THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. RECALL NOW!!! IT CANT WAIT ANY LONGER.

the cbw tried a recall their idea get signatures and present that to the selectman to leave ,and bruce thrigh it across the table, their is enough that they have done wrong as posted on these boards that a recall should be done now.

If you are all waiting on CBW you better plan on a long wait! Those people still think they can maintain a high road, good luck to them. This is a down and dirty gutter fight, they don't like that kind of stuff. It is up to us people, us common citizen to get the recall going.

A recall won't work unless you have candidates to run in the spots you are recalling. I'm not very optimistic.
I say, let the town hit rock bottom. That's the only way people will come to their senses.
If the other thread is right about no cops for fire works or Cape Verdean festival in part because of money wasted on the computer audit, there will be many more problems for this board to answer for.
And believe me, more crap is in the pipeline on this bos, soon to come to the light and stink of day. Just wait, and you will see even the most loyal supporters running for a breath of fresh air. Then we demand resignations.
Unfortunately, we will have lost great employees, no one with any credibility will want to come work for this town, the legal bills will be so high we will have to raid the sewer admin fee, more law suits will be brought against these jokers, we will never get a decent town administrator. etc. etc. etc.
Oh, and when the computer audit shows no corruption--what does that mean anyway?--but a little emailing, blogging, and amazon shopping, we will have more ammunition in calling for resignations.

These people do not have the moral integrity to resign. They want you to force them out. They have no intention of stopping their quest for complete and utter destruction. We now have:
No Town Administrator
No Town Planner
No Town Accountant
No Library Director
No Police Chief
No Recreation Department
No Lifeguards
Half a Library
A 2 million dollar patch of eel grass for Sweet Brucey
Close to a million dollar legal bill
Underfunded schools
the list is endless..................................
All for what, so a bunch of under achievers in life can get back at the rest of us who have worked hard for everything we have? Why do people who do not work deserve what I work hard for? They don't, so don't begrudge that which I have spent a lifetime working for while you have been sitting on your fat asses (Bruce and Brenda). You want to label me "power elite", why not just call me what I am "hard worker".

I would add Cronan to that list. I think Mr. Cruz is too new and would quite possibly adapt to the board in any form. Like or Hate Mrs. Donahue I believe she could at least be civil to new board members. That leaves us with the 3 big trouble makers on the board. Remove those 3, Replace them with quality Selectmen and we might stand a chance to repair the damage that has been caused.
I would even go so far to say in the short term If enough Voters demand the resignation of Mr. Savengeau that would be a big step in the right direction. He is the most contreversial member right now and I would think If you truly wanted strong support to remove anyone it would be him.
I think Finding one good candidate to replace Mr. Savengeau right now would be easier than finding candidates to replace the whole board all at once.
If we were successful in replacing Savengeau then we could search out candidate number two to replace Cronan in April.
I think if we could move forward with a plan in phases to take back our Town over the next 2 election cycles we can wrestle our Town back from these tyrants and head back in the right direction.
SENDING A STRONG MESSAGE AND GETTING RID OF SAVENGEAU RIGHT NOW IS THE KEY.
