I suspect that the "new" paper was financed by GDC  from Rochester  who also paid the legal bills of the Swifts Beach "neighbors" (including Bruce) who conspired to get the town to use Eminent Domain.  She reportedly has Alzheimer's and probably spends a lot of time praying for forgiveness for her lifelong pursuits of being bad and using her money to destroy anyone in her path.
