years ,this is wrong. bourne spends 27 dollars per  person  on there library , maatapoisett spends 48 per person in there town in wareham we spend13 dollars per person .  i wareham this past year had an increase of borrowing  at there library  of 3 % . why does the town of wareham cut the library budget so much , i will tell you why we have no leadership in town. our kids need more  but we dont get it. wareham has been mismangened over the past several years .  the town of wareham library budget should be increased over 225 thousand to be even with the town of bourne.  please dont say we need an over ride.  we neeed to spend our money better  .
