we spent more on the schools and borrow money to buy more school books for the kids , but decas school rankings fall  from a 2  to a 3  out of a possible ranking of 4. maybe its time we had new blood on the school commitee. i guess with people like mike flattery on the school commitee what can you expect i guess the answer is medioracy.
