your health insurance rates are up  because of the mismangement of the town , most of you are not getting a raise  because you here the same crap there aint know money , the only ones getting a raise are the school teachers a 16% raise to be exacct ,so they dont have money to buy text books so we borrow the money for them , and guess what they did not waste time getting the tax bills out., for the non existant services we get.
