with the town of wareham. to bad they were not negoationg with toe school dept they would be getting 16% raises. instead they are getting their jobs cut ,thus creating an unsafe enviroment. what they need to do is go to aribritration as they will get nowhere with the town also they need to  demand a certain share of the town budget like the school dept gets so they can feel safe in their jobs.
