we should do this because  till they make the right cuts . they need to cut top echelon jobs  and not cut the rank and file jobs . what our l leaders are trying to do is force an over ride . they think we will clamor for an over ride because of these cuts . they are wrong we want better leadershipand we cant afford an over ride . terefore dont go to the june town meeting therefore  denying them a qurom.
