I Know We Are Not Getting The Best Canidates Because Of The Former Board Of Selctmen , If The Former Bad Board Of Selectmen Tried To Hire A Ta Without Avertising The Job We Would Be Howling, I Beleave That Derick Will Be Beholden To The Selectmen For His Job And Will Be There Puppet And Some Will Tell Him What To Do, The Best Theing Would Be To Hire A Good Ta And Have Derick Be The Asst.
