The AG's office hasn't yet responded but Margaret Hurley with the Secretary of State told me this morning her office doesn't mediate vote validity.
Hurley did ask unprompted about the outcome of last night's "reconsidered" nitrogen article. She'd already heard alarm from some Wareham residents this morning and expected to hear more.
