I don't think it was wise for town meeting to approve of a hotel motel tax increase. The Hypocrite Elite, through their failure to account for $919,000 of your hard earned tax dollars have shown their incompetence and inability to be trusted with your tax dollars. If they cant even account for what they have, why would we ever approve of giving them any more?
Until the $919,000 is accounted for, I don't think we should approve of putting any more tax dollars under the control of these incompetents. It's an absolute disgrace that the budget part of town meeting had to be delayed because of Hypocrite Elite incompetence.

The meal tax passed too, I just don't understand the logic of trusting the Hypocrite Elite who can't account for $919,000 with additional tax revenues.
We don't even have a town accountant to keep track of it and given the Hypocrite Elite's hiring track record, we probably won't have one for another two years.
Oh well voters, keep putting more of your tax dollars under the control of people who have proven they cannot be trusted with the responsibility.
