First of all, Cara's letter sounds like it was written by a lawyer. How many people do you know who spell out a number and include it in parenthesis "(150) years". Lawyers do that!
Unlimited capacity on our sewer system? Who brokered that deal? Allowing Makepeace to use Wareham's sewers in that fashion without end seems like a gift of public funds. Was there any provision for changed circumstances allowing for renegotiation?
What a PR coup for Makepeace to have Cara "write" this letter.
No one told Kane he had to leave. He could have sat through the rest of the meeting like many others did. Thoughtful questions come after thoughtful inquiry to oneself. Thank you Selectman Eckstrom.
ILIAZ: Anyone told you what she does for a living lately? Your entire "chat" tonight revolves around this woman. Take it from someone who has taught writing at the college level for more than 25 years. It is common practice for educated people to spell out a number and include it in parenthesis when accuracy is an issue. I imagine that would include someone who works with union contracts on a regular basis---such as Cara. Zoo, tin foil hatters are called that for a reason!!!!!!

Every time they open their mouth (or type) they show how small minded they really are. WOW it looks as if they have no exposure to anything intellectual. If they just took the time to read or look things up, they wouldn't appear to be ignorant and truly worthy of the tin foil hat club.
