Oh my God, have you ever had such a good laugh that it left you in tears? I just had one when I read Sweet Brucey's column where he chastizes home owners for owing too much money on their homes...owing to Fanny and Freddy is worse than owing to Uncle Sam?

Right Ham, people bought homes believing the value would increase. In Florida people just walk away from their homes, entire neighborhoods are almost deserted. For those who remain the values of their properties are just dropping by the second. Abandoned construction projects litter the landscape. Dan can tell you all about the desperate situation in some areas of Florida. If the government can bail out big banks they can give a hand to hard working americans.
