Diabetics have two critical numbers to track: blood sugar & weight. Can't help you on the blood sugar. But Rob, we need you around. So the weight thing, you know, 25 - 35 kilos off - imperative. What does your doctor say?
Now, I know you don't read this site. So, if there is anyone out there who can relay this message of concern, please do so. 25 - 35 kilos is no laughing matter for a diabetic.
