I am beginning to think that Dick Wheeler has some legitimate concerns about the continuation of pushing Westfield.

It is time to follow the money.

Dick and I discussed how we can best investigate this problem and possibly the people involved, so we have committed money to hire some good investigators to seek the answers.

Yeah, I think someone must be getting paid off too.

No-one can convince me ,that with the dozens of homes, buildings, schools, stores, etc.,  it doesn't make more sense to renovate those existing, empty buildings into ALF facilities, senior housing, etc.

It doesn't make sense for a Town that is broke to try to LEASE land to a developer to build senior housing miles away from medical facilities and shopping, and on property that has already, several times, been voted on by the people of Wareham to keep as a recreational area, and a good potential money maker for the Town.

No..I agree with Dick...there are some crooked bastards out there, and we are about to find out who they are....people love to talk when you offer them money for proof and documentation. You know...the way it should be done. Proof is worth the price.
