the devloper has pulled out of buying morses garden shop in rochester, they were paying 10 million for the property , they pulled out because walmart would be moving to wareham and takeing our last piece of industrial land that wareham has , with wallmart  leaving east wareham leaving east wareham blighted  and the other shoping center proberly being torn down , if we had a planner we would have maybe talked walmart building there super center in east wareham ,leaving our last piece of industrial land alone and we would have a super bwall mart and a cotsco and the industrial land but wareham does not have good leaders in jane and brenda , both are dumber than a bag of rocks with the rocks having more intellengence ,, but you see they fired are old town plaanner for vengance , and now we will share a town planner with rochester save a little money but where wiil the town planners allegiance lie , with rochester or wareham if something big comes along.                             did andrews know about wall mart moving leaving east wareham bligheted ,with home depot moving out,           we could have had a costco , indudtrial land and a super wall mart , bit we dont have good leadership in wareham , what we have is 2 loosers calling tom bickie a loser , guess what wareham we are the lossers while we keep these 2 as selectman .corection they called him an idiot.

Didn't know Costco bailed.  Maybe Marketbasket will, too.  With the new homes being built in East Wareham, on the pond, where will these people shop now for non-food items?  Maybe we can talk Stop & Shop into selling retail items like Wal-Mart did.  This is just crazy.

Someone from R.F. Morse told us that Market Basket was going in there with a big box company.  At that time it was either Costco or B.J.'s.  R. F. Morse was still going to have a place in the back along the highway section of their property.  Sounds like everything has changed now.  It would be nice to have Market Basket in West Wareham.  Everyone usually goes to Shaws because it is closer.  A meat and veggie store would be nice.  The rest you could get at Target (some of the time).

A town planner.  Sure would be nice.  Even sharing one with Rochester wouldn't be that bad.  Rochester doesn't want to change their town very much, as it should be.   Maybe Costco could move into home Depot.  The building is large enough.

Don't worry.  After a few years in West Wareham, Wal-Mart will get sick of the location and tear down some buildings in East Wareham to build a new Wal-Mart, but they'll downsize to a regular Wally World.  Then the people of West Wareham will be complaining about the dump they've been left with.
