CARA AND MR CRUZ DID THE RIGHT THING IN VOTING TO DISBAND THE CRC, THE PRESENT MEMMBERS WERE HAND PICKED BY BRUCE AND THERE CROWD AND ANY BODY ELSE THAT DID NOT AGREE WITH THEM WERE NOT PUT ON THE COMMITEE . THEY NEEDED AT LEAST A FEW NEW MEMBERS. THANKYOU MR CRUZ AND CARA BRENDA AND JANE WILL NOT PULL THE WOOL OVER YOUR EYES.

Amen. The loyalty to Bruce is enduring. The secrecy and lies at Town Meeting will prove to be their downfall. There is no CR in process with the State. Read the Environmental Evaluation Report, which was kept in a safe for almost a year to cover up the facts. Where is the contract that must accompany the CR? Somebody check the safe - if they ever find the key.
The CPC has never issued a Plan to correct all the Environmental problems - erosion, polution, eliminating the "invasive species", etc. The cost of this work was not part of the report. The remediation and management to qualify the land for a CR could run over a Million Dollars with ongoing expenses. The rest of the recommendations would take years to execute. No private agency or State Agency wants a burden like this. The Town would pay and pay and pay...
The only plan the CPC has uttered is that they want to restore the five Acres to MARSH. The only persons benefiting would be Bruce and his family - who have speculated on land bordering the five Acres. They would have a perpetual view with no "General Municipal Purposes" or Rereation or other uses allowed. However, the mosquitos would have a "field day"!
