Thank you for this post.  This may be an important opportunity to get some new people on the Committee that who don't believe in Robbing the bank (CPC funds) and want to go forward to resolve the Conservation Restriction fiasco.

Sorry for the misunderstanding.  The appointments will be made on June 22, 2010.

The composition of these two boards is very important.  Historically the Con Com has been merely reactionary to applications to build or work in the Wetlands.  The CPC has very serious obligations to operate under the Community Preservation Act. They administer Millions of Dollars within a complex formula requiring professional knowledge in the areas of science and finance.

Politics seems to be a driving force with this Committee.  They have been flirting with another lawsuit by continuing their mission to cover up for the big mistake of using CPC Funds illegally to pay the jury award in the Swifts Beach case.

Now they have violated the Order of the Secretary of State to release the Environmental Evaluation Report by holding back the attachments which further expose the neglect and mismanagement of  Town-owned property.  Now we know.

When the Town used Eminent Domain they took on a heavy burden that the previous land owner had agreed to assume.

He is so emotionally immature.  What is he still in kindergarten?  Can't control his emotions?  And with his lack of emotional control, he expects us to believe that he doesn't beat his wife.  Emotionally immature and deranged is how he behaves....

Paging Joe Chariluce, a committee like this needs you!

Mama Bear, the TFHC just proposes non-binding referendums when they dont get there way, maybe the vote on forming a Swifts Beach Committee that lost by such a narrow margin (4 votes I believe) should be brought to the ballot "since the whole voting body wasnt really represented" as they would say, last night......
