after short changing the sewer dept  in money for supplies and electricity  and cutting fees  to   the tune of  close to 1 mill. the sewer  dept  is 850 k in defecit  ( the selectman  did this )  to buy votes.,  the seelectman  will try to pin the deficit  on simmions, ,but we  know who the blame should go to an its  brucie an crew , rhe rates will have to go up, but remember brenda ,cronan,brucie all went bankrupt ,cant run a thing ,  and they thought they could run a town when they were such screwups.
