I think I asked this question before.
Can we petition the court for a restraining order against Robert Slager to keep him out of the Town of Wareham? He is a public nuisance.

I don't know enough about the history so I'll share my thoughts as questions.
During a previous deposition, didn't he explain his 'newspaper' was more like an editorial op-ed of some type? I thought I remember reading that under a deposition he identified his publication isn't really a newspaper compared with other publications. If that's the case, then what are the requirements for a newspaper for publishing town business? Are those items required to be posted in a 'newspaper' as opposed to an editorial based document?
