Ladies and Gentlemen, this is the Conductor of the Peace Train, speaking. Please put your seatbacks and tray tables in the upright position and fasten your safety belts, because the peace train is roaring full steam ahead. We will be pulling into the peace station, aka, your local polling place, where we urge you to bring peace to Wareham by voting for change.
As we make our final approach, here are some questions from your conductor, the Ham of Peace, to ponder. They are questions that the Hypocrite Elite will never answer. Maybe you all can. Feel free to ask questions of your own.
1) I have a hard copy of the rag where He Who Wears Leather Jackets in August printed his questions for the candidates. One of his questions for candidates for selectman was whether any of them owe back taxes. Sweet Brucey, who as we all know, owes $181,000 in back taxes and refuses to answer any questions about it, dodged this question in his responses. He did not answer the question, and Bobo did not make any note in his paper that Brucey did not answer the question. Give Bobo a break though, it's probably hard for him to get Brucey's permission to criticize him.
2) Reports abound of citizens finding untouched stacks of rags wherever they go. Apparently, the President, Publisher, Editor, Caterer, and Head Honcho of Ragserver Multi-Mega Media dropped piles of free rags in every restaurant, store, farm house, barn house, and out house in all of Wareham in a pathetic effort to influence the election. As the Ham of Peace, my question is where did he get the cash to do this? Is it really appropriate for an out of towner to spend so much money in an effort to influence an election? Wareham residents should decide the fate of the town tommorrow, not Halifax residents.
3) Sweet Brucey, hopefully soon to be overthrown as Supreme Overlord of the People's Republik of Wareham tommorrow, listed $2,403 in expenses. He listed no donations. Are we to therefore understand that he is going to pay the entire $2,403 out of his personal pocket? I find that hard, nearly impossible, to believe. If so, can he provide documentation to back that up? Why has he not done so already? Who will be paying for Sweet Brucey's campaign expenses? The people have a right to know.
4) How much money did the incumbents spend on full page ads in the rag?
5) When will Sweet Brucey pay his taxes?
Your conductor must now go keep his eyes on the tracks, but will come back with more questions as he thinks of them. Feel free to post questions of your own.
In the meantime, please talk to your friends, your neighbors, your neighbors' friends, your friends' neighbors, the post man, the milk man, the pizza delivery guy, the man on the street, anyone with a pulse and a voter registration and please get them out tommorrow to vote for change.

There will be some interesting Peace Train riders get off on Tuesday. Hopefully, it will be the dawn of a new day of accountability, fiscal responsibility, and putting the best interest of the town first. Good luck to all the candidates.
Godspeed to Ham of Peace!
