its   probaly been decreasing since these clownns and slager came to town, they avocate min funding (  selectman are the clowns)for the schools and our cutting wareham spending on the library, i have been told by realestate agents that when most people look at a town like wareham to move to ,they look at its library and school system , both of which our on the decline  because of our selectman , vote for  positive change come april , we do not need to be a laughing  stock any more.
