Here, Chairman Potter explained how legal fees weren't an issue, and the costs were the fault of "bad" people causing all the problems. Current estimates I've heard for '09 (can you believe we don't KNOW yet??) are in excess of 360K...and that doesn't take into account "fees" that were classified elsewhere in the books (like the audit) or fees that will be "pushed" to 2010.

Was there ever a breakdown of the legal bills generated from the Town's appealing decisions of the courts, administrative judges, and initiating unnecesary proceedings and lawsuits? over the 8 years? since Bruce rose to power? and a breakdown of defending the Town against deseperate parties who offerred and were refused mediation, discussions, alternative possibilities?
