I think the answer is that Audit #3(or is it #4 ? ) is happening  as we blog.     We've committed up to $25K to  get the next "Final Figure" for the amount Wareham will have to swallow.  The earlier tallies range from $1.9 million to $600K, which makes me suspect that auditors use Ouija Boards to get their answers!  The auditors' fee will come out of the  Health Trust....and weren't we told that it was going to take several weeks?
