Question - Hypothetically, what would happen to the money the town receives for selling the Westfield property? What would the town do with it? Unless there's a plan on how to use it ahead of time, I think it is very ill advised to convert a valuable piece of land into a liquid pot of cash that the selectmen can just send on over to the lawyers to fund more vendetta lawsuits and sue people for the crime of hurting Sweet Brucey's delicate feelings.

Yes, Ham, Exactly. Convey, convey, convey. Property gone, a few legal bills paid.
Trust is earned, and I for one DO NOT TRUST these "guys" to wash my car, let alone determine the future of Westfield.
Been awhile since I did this, so...
NO ON Westfield(#2) Keep Civil Service(NO on #5) No Mayor(next April, but don't forget)

How much is the land valued at and how little will the selectmen sell it for? I'm thinking the selectmen will sell it on the cheap to attract a developer, so profits will be made on the taxpayer's dime. But we need to know how much the town will get if the property is sold.
It would be nice if they did something crazy like, I don't know, hold it in a bank account untouched until the day comes when the town has to buy another piece of land for some reason because the land they had was sold by a bunch of dumbasses.
My instinct, however tells me, that with these select-clowns in office, they'll turn all of the money received for the land right over to Kopelman and Paige to fund more vendetta lawsuits.
