If anyone knows who a little black bob tail cat belongs to, found in Shangra la, please contact me. It has a white stripe down its' face and white paws, wearing a flea collar. It is very friendly and obviously belongs to someone. I have left a message with animal control and tomorrow it is going to the cat lady. For tonight it has food, water, blankets and is sleeping in my garage to keep safe from coyotes. Any info on their home is appreciated, thanks.
