Those of you who watched the BoS meeting got a full dose of the nostrums of the chairman and Jane.

Jane seemed more concerned with protocol. those neer-do-wells at the School board, including super Barry the Bad, did not meet Jane's standards of proper communication. Well, la-di-freakin'-la. Jane: you and the BoS have been caught with your pants around your ankles. what to do now? Segue to Sweet Brucie, mais oui?

And of course, Sweet Brucie did not let us down. Got a problem? its the auditor, you fool. And just for good measure, its the (former) Town Accountant, you blithering idiots.

But, i stayed away from the Town Accountant. Yes, the T/Ac would be the one to see stuff AFTER the fact. And yes, I could have pointed in that direction.

But, but, but. The law states that the TREASURER is the custodian for the funds. Hey Brucie! how come the Treasurer gets a free ride in your diatribe? In fact, he's a twofor. Recall that he was the Town Adm for a time, giving him an opportunity to set this right at that level. Plus, he's the custodian of the account(s), giving him a second bite of the apple. Very strange how the Teflon coated one skates free here.

Well, the BoS did cite the Fincom, and the BoS itself. That is, virtually every member of the BoS since Miles Standish was roaming the countryside. And, every Fincom chairman since about WWII. Heaven forfend that we would stand up and take direct responsibility.

From there it got decidedly worse. They turned to the (i)TA. Oh NOOOO, Mr. Bill, not that! Well, there is good news there. The (i)TA  has it on good authority that the whole problem is in those pesky grants the schools get.
Whew! I feel so relieved! There's a 1.9 million dollar problem, AND ITS THE FREAKIN' GRANTS????? ARE YOU SHITTIN' ME?????
