AGAIN, EVEN IF HE HAS A NOTE FROM THE LAW SCHOOL IT IS NOT VALID. THE LAW SCHOOL CANNOT GIVE PERMISSION FOR SOMEONE TO PARK IN A HANDICAPP SPOT WITH GOING THROUGH THE RMV. IM SURE THE HEAD OF THE LAW SCHOOL WOULD HAVE NOT MADE SUCH A MISTAKE SO I WOULD ASSUME BRUCE IS A LIAR

4. Who is considered a medical professional?
For purposes of certifying the Disabled Parking application, a medical professional is defined as a Medical Doctor, Optometrist, Chiropractor, Podiatrist, Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant who is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
