As I did with the Charter Review Meeting minutes, I've "animated" the Town Charter.

Ok, so you don't want to read through the charter? Sit back with a cup of coffee, invite a friend over, and LEARN THE CHARTER. Part of the problem with the BOS is, they go by the motto, "What you don't know, can't hurt us." If more of us have a good grasp of the facts, it can only better serve us in our efforts.
