Over and over in your latest tirade, you ask why the selectmen aren't being told anything by the DA.
That's an easy question to answer, Bobo the Brucey Dupe. Actually, it reminds me of something you once said. I assume the answer is:
BECAUSE SUSPECTS ARE NEVER GIVEN INFORMATION ABOUT THE INVESTIGATION!
Bobo the Brucey Dupe, I know that you and Sweet Brucey think you can bully everyone into giving you clowns what you want, but I think you're going to be sorely mistaken if you think your bully routine is going to work on Tim Cruz.
That man prosecutes machete wielding Brockton crack fiend gangs for a living. You think you and your bathroom office full of bagels will scare him? Please.

Bobo, your understanding of the law is pitiful, your incompetence is shining through, so let me help you out.
Grand juries are convened usually for the purpose of deciding whether there is enough probable cause to formally charge someone with a crime. If they find enough probable cause exists, they issue what is called an "indictment."
Now, if you believed that the audit showed that a "power elitist" had done something naughty, then you should be happy there is a grand jury.
But Bobo, the way you are foaming at the mouth like a madman - well, golly, Bobo...that, along with other things people have said on here, and I'm just speculating, but that makes me think maybe the ole Grand Jury is looking into whether there is enough probable cause to charge one of your bosom buddies with something.
(And if I ever wake up one morning to see that headline, don't worry if you don't hear from me for awhile - the glee will cause me to pass out with a humongous grin on my face).
