I would:
1).  Actually attend BOS meetings
2).  Start a paper called The Unobserved.  Steal all of Slager's good ideas --Guess that won't work.
3).  Get Slager the Commander - X underwear that he's been begging for.  Make sure the padding is in the
      right place.
4).  Open a bagel shop across the street from Town Hall.  Tuesday night fee bagels.
5).  Propose to hold BOS meetings in a bar.  The brawls would be way more fun.
6).  Try to copyright the term "HateBloggers".  Let Slager have "DumbAss"
7).  Make sure to always yell nasty stuff to people when their backs are turned so they don't burst out   
      laughing when they see your face.
8).  Continue to ask people if they noticed that Brenda hasn't been the same since the house fell on her   sister.
9).  Set up a cover charge to attend town Meeting so that when they throw BW out, he can deman a refund.
