Yes, phase 4 of their 4 phase plan to destroy the police department and right the wrong that was done to Jane and Brendas best friend has been launched. The BOS is attempting to appoint former Sergeant Eileen Grady Hinckley who retired after sitting home being paid for the last two years because she was completely incompetence and a drunk. She tried using the it's all because I am a women thing , but it did not work. Ask any officer on the force she was a complete joke. I Hope this time  she can stay out of detox long enough to show up for work. Now we all see the big picture!!!
