Case dismissed. John Donahue, Town Counsel, Town Clerk Mary Ann Silva, her husband, Selectmen Sauvageau, Cronin, and Eckstrom, along with another unidentified witness all testified more than two hours before Clerk  Magistrate Sullivan. Eighty years old if he's a day, and stone cold deaf, even with his malfunctioning hearing aid turned on.  I think it was turned on. Maybe it wasn't.

I was alone. They chose their judge and their venue well. Need I say more? It was like the rubber glove part of physical exam.

Stay tuned.

I filed assault charges against the John Donahue for blocking my entrance to the auditorium the first night of town meeting, insisting on knowing the contents of my back pack, laying hands on me and trying to provoke a public fight.

Is case dismissed a better outcome  than not guilty?

They really ganged up on you with Kopleman & Paige being paid by the citizens of Wareham.  Stay tuned for another hearing on the "Road Name Change" Second Appeal by the ordinary residents exerting their rights?  They could use some "public" participation.  Who will be the next individual citizen to be harassed or violated by this gang?

TBL

Don't let it get to you biillw. Anyone who has ever read court news can see that many cases are dismissed just because that is the whim of the judge. Even solid cases for serious offenses are dismissed on a routine basis. The problem is many people think dismissed means innocent. A prime example would be Bruce's suspended license arrest. He was caught red handed but the case was still dismissed. The rag man does a good job of fooling people into thinking dismissed means innocent.
