Any of y'all attended the Parkwood block party held every summer? I saw someone there last summer hand Jane Donahue a nice fatty and she hit on it like a pro. Sure, it's a misdemeanor now but as of last Town Meeting, smoking marijuana in public is a more serious offense. Certainly doesn't show much discretion or set a good example for a public servant. And what, I wonder, would they think of that in Newport? Do federal employees get piss tested?

Who am I to cast stones? Well, my own substance abuse is limited to caffeine and tobacco - stupid enough, lord knows but legal.

See, three people I go out of my way to avoid, the Donahues and Mary Ann Silva, have in their infinite idiocy recently approached the Police Department and accused me of stalking. I am scheduled to testify against John Donahue for assault - the charge that prompted these silly accusations - in Plymouth District Court next week.

All bets are off.
