in the last issue of the observer andrea says several libarians were being paid 40 hrs and working only 25 hrs a fuckin lie. their are onlly 2 rank and file librians not 7 who work 40 hrs and they put in 40 hours go to the back of the libary on mon and tues and you will see there cars parked outside. she says we need to put in a checkout system like bourne ma and we could run the libary wiyh only one person she is one truley dumb bitch and i have no use for liars masqurading as reporters. listen who would put the books back on the shelfs, send out overdue notices. who would make the kids mind. who would police thr use of the computors , who would repair books, who would answer refferance questions. i am afraid you andrea smith is a total retard, and you the one who tried to stop the devlopment of the shopping center proiding jobs and taxes to the town . why not do some real reporting and stop makeing up lies , what can you expect from someone who learned from the master liar himself mad dog slager. anrea you are just PLAIN STUPID , are you letting slager ghost write for you like he did for liz.

I would have to agree that ms smith is a pantload. She certainly turned out to be a snake in the grass in Marion. She penned a series of articles on the Marion EMS that kept changing as the real facts were brought to her attention. She kept claiming that the EMS violated state protocols which, when the state office said that he was misquoted in person at a Marion Selectmen's Meeting the ragman burst out that the state official was wrong. He later printed that ms smith's integrity could never be questioned. In the end the slobservers side turned to claiming that many of the EMS workers were too old and could not do the job, never noting that all EMS staff need to pass recertification every two years. So much for the truth.This was followed by several months of miss quoting and mistakes that show that she is not much more than a hack. To date, there are not many in Marion that trust her or her reporting at all. Yes andrea, that's right, we smile and make small talk and when you leave we talk about how shameless you are.
Oddly enough, through the whole EMS thing the ragman was the one who was constantly speaking out about the article and smith said nothing. If she is allowing the ragman to ghost write it certainly would explain a lot about the bipolar article shifts she puts her name on. If that is the case, she certainly has sold her soul as well, sad.
Nice of bobbie to throw her under the bus like that, in this week's opinion column he quotes that 'andrea is a retard' bit and then added..."there's nothing we need to add to that", um bobbie, that's just mean after all andrea has done for you.

Bobbie needs to pay attention to his own writing, and stop trying to pick on other non-writing persons. It's ok for someone on a blog to use poor spelling, incorrect grammar, punctuation, etc. But it is a poor excuse for a 'journalist' to have all the mistakes that are printed in the rag...oh and speaking of the rag, why haven't we heard from the chimp lately. He is hiding so bobbie couldn't suppeona him?

The value of my years of toil and sweat to master a coherent narrative in this hideous language, sleep deprived and on deadline, amount to fuckallsquat. But I've had 30 years to get used to the idea. And it's worth noting, in all those years I've never encountered anyone who can write without a net. Everyone makes mistakes and as English is my second language, I make more than most.
There's a special place in hell reserved for language nazis.

after reading andreas collumn on the libary and slagers comments on the library to chris reagle ( in the tri town observer) their is no doubt in my mind that slager is writeing both collimns , his and andrea . andrea is allowing slager to ghost write for her and she should be ashamed. liz says slager ghost wrote for her also.

I hope it was reported to the police and the more sane newspapers will pick up the story. It's too bad they didn't have a better use for those condoms.
