so as i read it now it is not the bos' fault for lying to us. the town governments fault for underestimating cost and overestimating revenue. it is clearly the fault of a little old lady who has passed and is hence an easy target: and the MBLC which apparently is one of the most subversive groups that state government has ever seen.
i guess the bob's premise is that this group of barbarous huns ie; MBLC got together much like the cosa nostra (OUR THING) and figured out a way to bleed towns dry for more library "tribute".
