So here's one that has me confused...
When bobby bought the rag from Liz he dropped her from the corporation creating Observer Media LLC back in October of 2007, and he added Paul Coyle of Foster City, CA. So who's that and why would he care about the rag. All I found on line is that he was the assistant coach for Peninsula Youth Soccer. Weird. I also found out some interesting things about Observer Media while surfing the state's database, but I don't want to say here as we know bobby reads this, let's just say you only have a week left there bobarino.

when i google observer media i got a hit for paul coyle. just a blog name for another newspaper in n y named the observer
what does it mean? nothing but it is fun that bob knows we are looking and probably didnt count on anyone questioning anything he said.
heard a quote from a pompous journalist on a fictional tv show the other night that i thought was great

I assume what flox is alluding to is that Liz was a managing member of the LLC. Although it looks like that Coyle guy might have replaced her.
If you read the operating agreement, she had say in almost everything. Click around. Good stuff.
