I wonder what Slager thinks of one of his largest advertisers (Salernos) supporting the Spinney Library project?

If you take a drive by the building, Spinney support is painted all over the windows on the ground floor.

Hmmm.  Slager shits on everyone else that supports Spinney.  Why not Salernos?

Oh yeah, MONEY!

The rag is in the stores.  Liz is going on and on and on and on about the number of liquor stores in Wareham.  And ragman finds a way to let us know once again that he donated money to the Library.  And according to ragman, bob thompson is spending 100/day sending harrassing letters.

Does Slager have a copy of that check to display?

$100 and 5 letters a day according to the Ragman?  That's crazy to think its just Bob Thompson then.  Sounds like alot of people are involved.  I know the Ragman thinks we're all rich elitist bastards, but aint no one person alone dropping $700 a week just to piss the Ragman off.

Note he said it'd be the last he wrote on it.  The advertisers must have been pissed that he played it up so much...sounds like everyone took it as an invitation to write a bunch of letters and get on the Ragboy's nerves.

By the way, hasn't he said he's been waiting to hear from CVS, Shaw's, and Cumby's on whether they will sell the rag for 2 months now?  Sounds like they're objecting for more reasons than "complicated third party billing."

When the phone isn't ringing, Ragman, it's those places not callin...

Why is she mad about the number of liqour stores in town?  If it weren't for them, there'd be no places to sell the rag.

And now she is keeping track of who is pulling the electricty on their christmas displays so that they ploop like a puddle on the lawn.  There's always a way to find the negative spin on everything.  I suppose if they kept it running during the day, she have something to say about that too - like she did in the summer when people had their doors and windows closed during the day.

And good for the catlady, she finally fed the starving birds????? Do you think she meant she fed them to the cats?
